NOTE: Make sure you only click on the words, and not on the picture! This will leave the module open, but behind the Call Flow View. You can also close the module by hitting the small X in the upper right hand corner of the module. Make sure you close the module and not the whole program.

This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List., Goto, Transfer, and Hangup.. and the Hangup Module. A Hangup A Hangup is an Action that will hang up on callers. A Hangup is a Terminal Action. This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List. Module is a Module that allows you to hang up on your caller. It is a Module with a Hangup as its Terminal Action.
Name the Transfer module “Transfer to Store Clerk.”
Name the Hangup module “Goodbye.”
Now your screen should look like this:
