A Response gives your customers an answer to their question or directs them to another Module that has the information they need. Therefore, a Response can contain as many Voxes as you would like followed by a terminal action, such as a Goto , a Transfer or a Hangup .
In this case, the information about locations can be given to the callers in a single Vox .
First, add a Quick Vox to the Response with Location information:

"Kathy's Pet Supply has two locations to serve you. One is downtown at 233 Maple Street. The other is in East Harbor at 1226 Harbor Drive. I will now return you to the Main A list of Actions that determine what will happen once the caller enters a Module. Each Module has its own unique Main. The Main is marked with an orange arrow. Menu.
Record the Vox and press "OK" when you are finished.
Now when your customers choose "Locations" from the Main Menu, this Vox will play for them.
Once you have given your callers the Locations information in the form of a Vox, you need to send them somewhere. You can do this by adding any Terminal Action A Terminal Action is an Action that always appears at the end of an Action List. You can only have one Terminal Action in any Action List. There are four types of Terminal Actions: Listen, Goto, Transfer, and Hangup.Listen A Listen tells the program to listen to the caller. It will then try to match what they say to the information you enter in the Grammar. A Listen is a Terminal Action. This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List., Goto A Goto is an Action that sends callers to another Module. A Goto is a Terminal Action. This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List., Transfer A Transfer is an Action that will hang up on callers. A Transfer is a Terminal Action. This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List., and Hangup A Hangup is an Action that will hang up on callers. A Hangup is a Terminal Action. This means it will be the last Action in an Actions List.. to your Response. If you do not add a Terminal Action, the caller will stay in the module.
In this case, once the Location information has played, you want to send your caller to the Main Menu so they may select another option. You do this by adding a Goto to the Response. Even though you are already in the Main Menu, a Goto will send your caller back to the beginning of the Main Menu, which will allow them the opportunity to select an additional option.
Add a Goto to the Response by right clicking on "Response" and choosing "Add Goto" from the list that pops up. Notice that since a Goto is a Terminal Action, it automatically appears at the end of the list of Actions.

Click once on "Goto (Not Set)" then double click on "(SELECT)" in the Properties Table A table in which all the Properties Properties allow you to control specific details of the program and how it runs. For example, the "Allow Barge-in" property detirmines whether the caller will be allowed to interrupt the system and jump ahead without listening to every single Vox. All the Properties are automatically set to their default value when you create a new Project. You can change the Properties for a specific item from the Properties Table, or you can change Properties for the entire Project from the Project Properties box. for any Module, Action List, Action, or Grammar The Grammar contains the words and phrases for which the program will listen in a given Module. Concepts, Phrases, Confirmations, Responses, and the Phrase Library are all part of the Grammar List. are listed. There is a seperate table for all of the Project Each Project you create represents a single Speech Driven Information System. So, if you want to create three separate Information Systems, you will need to create three different Projects. Properties which is visible at all times. This is known as the Project Properties Table..
The "Select a Module" box will pop up.
Choose the List Module A List Module is a Module that allows you to present a list of choices for your customers to choose from. Then, they can state the choice they are interested in and be directed to an appropriate Response.Response A Response gives your customers an answer to their question or directs them to another Module that has the information they need.
