To access the Properties Properties allow you to control specific details of the program and how it runs. For example, the "Allow Barge-in" property detirmines whether the caller will be allowed to interrupt the system and jump ahead without listening to every single Vox. All the Properties are automatically set to their default value when you create a new Project. You can change the Properties for a specific item from the Properties Table, or you can change Properties for the entire Project from the Project Properties box. for an individual Phrase Library :
Open the Module Modules are the individual elements you use to create your Information System. When you create an Information System, you are crafting a conversation between a computer and a live person. Each Module represents a single, distinct portion of that conversation. The different types of Modules are: Start, List, Multilevel, Overview, Yes/No, Goto, Hangup, Transfer, Global, Global Yes/No and Goto Project. Each Module has its own unique function and symbol. in which the Phrase Library is located.
Click once on the Phrase Library itself to open its Properties.

To change any of the Phrase Library Properties just double click on the property you wish to change.
Confirm concept A Concept is a general idea used to describe a group of Phrases. Phrases are the words for which the program will listen. For example, "Locations," "Your location," "Where you're located," and "Your address" are all Phrases that could be used within the Concept of "Locations." below confidence: The Confidence Value When the system hears the caller say a word, it decides what it thinks the caller said and assigns a Confidence Value to it. Confidence Values can range from 1-999. If the system is very sure that it knows what the caller said, it assigns a high confirmation value, such as 800. If the system is not very sure that it recognizes what the caller said, it assigns a low Confidence Value, such as 200. that is acceptable to the system. If the system assigns a Confidence Value below this value, it will play a Confirmation A Confirmation double checks with a caller to make sure the system understood their response. This way, your callers will not start receiving information about a topic they are not really interested in. Confirmations are always yes or no questions, such as, "Did you say you're interested in locations?" .
