If the system plays a Confirmation and the caller answers "No" to it, it will disambiguate. When the system disambiguates, it throws out the Concept that the caller answered "No" to and it tries to figure out what the caller said using the same sample. If it finds another response that it feels is correct, it will either run its response (if the new concept has a confirmation value above the "Confirm concept below confidence" value) or play a Confirmation for the new Concept (if the new concept has a confirmation value below the "Confirm concept below confidence" value).
