  1. From the top of the screen, go to File > Open.

  2. A "Welcome to The Platform" screen will open.

Double-click on "Choose a File Project Each Project you create represents a single Speech Driven Information System An Information System is a general term used to describe the product you are designing with this software. This could be any type of system in which you can give information to your callers, such as a Virtual Customer Service Center, a Virtual Technical Support Center, or a Virtual Help Desk.. So, if you want to create three separate Information Systems, you will need to create three different Projects." or "Choose a Database Project," if you'd like to open a project on a database with the Enterprise Edition.

  4. If you're opening a File Project, a browse box will appear.  Select the file you wish to open and press the "Open" button.

  1. If you're opening a Database Project, the "Login" dialog will open.  

    1. You can choose the database in which the Project is saved from the menu at the top.

    2. Click on the name of the Project you wish to open so that it is highlighted.

    3. Click "OK."

  3. If you have made changes to the document you are currently in a message box will appear asking if you wish to save.

  1. Your Project will open.

When using the Enterprise edition you must close all open projects when changing between file and database modes.
