To access the Properties Properties allow you to control specific details of the program and how it runs. For example, the "Allow Barge-in" property detirmines whether the caller will be allowed to interrupt the system and jump ahead without listening to every single Vox. All the Properties are automatically set to their default value when you create a new Project. You can change the Properties for a specific item from the Properties Table, or you can change Properties for the entire Project from the Project Properties box. for an individual Grammar :

Confirm concept below confidence: The Confidence Value When the system hears the caller say a word, it decides what it thinks the caller said and assigns a Confidence Value to it. Confidence Values can range from 1-999. If the system is very sure that it knows what the caller said, it assigns a high confirmation value, such as 800. If the system is not very sure that it recognizes what the caller said, it assigns a low Confidence Value, such as 200. that is acceptable to the system. If the system assigns a Confidence Value below this value, it will play a Confirmation .
Default Value: 500
No. of times to disambiguate: If the system plays a Confirmation and the caller answers "No" to it, it will attempt to disambiguate. When the system disambiguates, it throws out the concept that the caller answered "No" to and it tries to figure out what the caller said using the same sample. If it finds another response that it feels is correct, it will either run its response (if the new concept has a confirmation value above the "Confirm concept below confidence" value) or play a Confirmation for the new Concept (if the new concept has a confirmation value below the "Confirm concept below confidence" value).
Default Value: 1 Disambiguation If the system plays a Confirmation A Confirmation double checks with a caller to make sure the system understood their response. This way, your callers will not start receiving information about a topic they are not really interested in. Confirmations are always yes or no questions, such as, "Did you say you're interested in locations?" and the caller answers "No" to it, it will disambiguate. When the system disambiguates, it throws out the concept A Concept is a general idea used to describe a group of Phrases. Phrases are the words for which the program will listen. For example, "Locations," "Your location," "Where you're located," and "Your address" are all Phrases that could be used within the Concept of "Locations." that the caller answered "No" to and it tries to figure out what the caller said using the same sample. If it finds another response A Response gives your customers an answer to their question or directs them to another Module that has the information they need. A Response can contain as many Voxes as you would like AND/OR a Goto OR a Transfer OR a Hangup. that it feels is correct, it will either run its response (if the new concept has a confirmation value above the "Confirm concept below confidence" value) or play a Confirmation for the new Concept (if the new concept has a confirmation value below the "Confirm concept below confidence" value).
Remove concepts on Misrecognition Misrecognition occurs when the system misunderstands what the caller says and offers an inappropriate choice. For example, if the caller says "Oregon" and the system thinks they said "Florida.": Whether the system should consider a concept in the list of possible answers after it has played a Confirmation for it to which the caller has answered "No."
Enabled: If the system plays a Confirmation and the caller answers "No" to it, it will not consider this concept on its next attempt to determine what the caller said. (Default)
Disabled: If the system plays a Confirmation and the caller answers "No" to it, it will still consider this concept on its next attempt to determine what the caller said.
