Once the Annotation has been created it can be edited, sized, repositioned or hidden. An Annotation will never cover up a Module Modules are the individual elements you use to create your Information System. When you create an Information System, you are crafting a conversation between a computer and a live person. Each Module represents a single, distinct portion of that conversation. The different types of Modules are: Start, List, Multilevel, Overview, Yes/No, Goto, Hangup, Transfer, Global, Global Yes/No and Goto Project. Each Module has its own unique function and symbol. .
Double click on an Annotation in the call flow. The Annotation can now be edited. Type the desired note into the Annotation. When finished press enter and the note will be saved.

To size an Annotation double click on the Annotation. The Annotation is now ready to be edited. Move the mouse cursor to the border of the note, until it changes into a double arrow. Click and drag the border to the desired size, release the mouse button.

Moving an Annotation requires that it is not in edit mode. If the note is in edit mode press enter to save it. To move the Annotation, click on the note and drag it to the desired location. The note will disappear until you place the Annotation back down on the call flow.
If there is a very large note or a note that does not need to always be visible, it can be hidden. A hidden Annotation appears as only a pushpin in the call flow. To hide an Annotation right click on the note and menu will appear. Choose the Hide option and the annotation will be reduced to a pushpin. To show the Annotation, right click the pushpin and the menu will appear again. The Hide menu item has been replaced with Show. Click the Show menu item. The text should now be visible.
