An Overview Module An Overview Module is designed to help you create an overview of your company, products, or services. An Overview consists of a series of Voxes, each of which describe a specific topic. If your callers repeat the name of one of these topics, detailed information about that topic will play. After the specific information plays, the caller will be taken back to the Overview at the point where they left off.Module Modules are the individual elements you use to create your Information System An Information System is a general term used to describe the product you are designing with this software. An Overview would play, describing the company to the caller. The words in italics are said with emphasis:
"Thank you for calling Copy Center. I'm going to describe the services we provide. If you would like more information about a specific service, just repeat it back to me. We are proud to offer the highest quality photocopies available. We also are able to create business cards for you and your company. We can turn your original photographs into custom calendars, which make perfect gifts for your friends and family."
If the caller said, "photocopies," detailed information about photocopies would play:
"Here at Copy Center, we offer self service black and white photocopies for only five cents per page. We are also able to offer self service full color copies for only one dollar per page. All of our photocopy machines are serviced regularly to provide the highest quality copies available."
Then, the caller would return back to the Overview at the point where they left off:
"...We also are able to create business cards for you and your company. We can turn your original photographs into custom calendars, which make perfect gifts for your friends and family."
