The Audio Manager contains all of the audio files in the program. You can use the Audio Manager to create Library Voxes and to import other sounds into the Designer. You can also re-record or change Description You can fill out the Description field when recording a Quick Vox or Library Vox. Filling out the Description is optional, but it allows you to keep track of your Voxes more easily. , Voice and Transcript You can fill out the Transcript field when recording a Quick Vox or Library Vox. Filling out the Transcript is optional, but it allows you to keep a record of exactly what is said in the Vox. To open the Audio Library, click on View > Audio Manager.

When the Audio Manager opens, you will see all the Voxes, both Quick and Library, listed. You can choose to view only Quick Voxes or Only Library Voxes by changing the selections for "Audio Entries" at the top of the Audio Manager.
To delete a Vox , highlight it and click "Delete."
If you wish to edit a Vox, simply highlight it and click "Edit." This will open the "Edit Audio" dialog where you can edit the Description, Voice, or Transcript for a Vox and/or re-record it. Click "OK" when you are finished.

To create a new Library Vox , click "New." This will open the "New Audio Item" dialog. Fill out the Description, Voice, and Transcript information and record the Library Vox. Click "OK" when you are finished.
When you are finished working in the Audio Library, click "OK" and all the changes you made while working in it will go into effect. If you click "Cancel," the changes will not go into effect.
