In order to use the Call Log Viewer, open up the Platform Administrator and select the appropriate database. If your Platform Administrator has not been set up properly, view the Help pages at www.LumenVox.com.

You will see a box that tells you the Concept A Concept is a general idea used to describe a group of Phrases Phrases are all the individual ways that a Concept could be described and are the words and phrases for which the program will listen. Phrases are marked with a double quote. Each individual Phrase that makes up the Phrases is marked by a single quote.. Phrases are the words for which the program will listen. For example, "Locations," "Your location," "Where you're located," and "Your address" are all Phrases that could be used within the Concept of "Locations." that the system identified and the Confidence Value When the system hears the caller say a word, it decides what it thinks the caller said and assigns a Confidence Value to it. Confidence Values can range from 1-999. If the system is very sure that it knows what the caller said, it assigns a high confirmation A Confirmation double checks with a caller to make sure the system understood their response. This way, your callers will not start receiving information about a topic they are not really interested in. Confirmations are always yes or no questions, such as, "Did you say you're interested in locations?" value, such as 800. If the system is not very sure that it recognizes what the caller said, it assigns a low Confidence Value, such as 200.. To listen to the audio, press the 'Play Audio' button.
