H_SI_DATA is the handle to semantic data. It can be obtained by calling LVSpeechPortABNF_GetInterpretationData() after a successful decoding, or by calling SI_DATA_Clone() to copy from another handle. Users are required to release the handle after using it.
H_SI_DATA provieds a plain C interface.
