If the LumenVox services were not installed as Services, the following steps should be taken to correct this.
1. Go to Start > Run: Type cmd and press enter.
2. Change to the application folder: Type %lvbin% and press enter to take you directly to the working directory for the Assistant, which is usually C:\Program Files\LumenVox\Assistant.
3. In the Assistant folder type the following commands:
LumeVox_Services_Manager /remove
LVCALLENGINESERVICE /remove
LVSRE_Server /remove
This will remove all three services from the registry.
4. Next we will install them again.
LumeVox_Services_Manager /install
LVCALLENGINESERVICE /install
LVSRE_Server /install
These should now be added back into the registry.
5. To set all three to be automatic, Go to Start> Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
Within the Properties of each service, set the Startup Type to be Automatic.
