The following steps should rectify any problem caused by the licensing file being damaged.
1. From the Start menu, go to Settings, Control Panel, Administration Tools, and open Services.

2. In the list, find Crypkey License, right click on that service and select Stop.
3. Using the Windows Explorer, navigate to the working Directory for your LumenVox software, this is usually found at C:\Program Files\Lumenvox\Platform.
4. Copy SetupEx.exe to the WinNT\System32 folder, if you have WindowsXP, then copy to the Windows/System32 folder.
5. Open a command shell and change the current directory to WinNT\System32.
6. Type: SetupEX /U a message that you could not stop the Crypkey service will appear, but this isn't a problem since the service is already stopped.
7. In the WinNT\System32 directory, find the files ESNECIL.IND and ESNECIL.NLP and permanently delete them.
8. In the same directory, find all files for lumenvox.* and, except for lumenvox.dll, delete them.
9. If the LumenVox software has not been uninstalled, do so now.
10. Reboot
11. Install the software.
