The Speech Assistant can be set up to use Dialogic's Host Media Processing (HMP) technology in addition to physical Dialogic hardware.
In addition to the HMP licenses needed to run your TeleVantage system, you must have one Continuous Speech Processing resource for every LumenVox speech port you will be using. Install these additional licenses like any other HMP license.
Once installed, you must reserve these speech resources. The process for doing this is very similar to the process for using an extra JCT card, as you must reserve the speech resources so that TeleVantage will not attempt to use them.
