To have an inbound call on a particular line route immediately to an Assistant plug-in, follow these instructions:
Go to "Trunks" in TeleVantage's Administrator program and select one of the trunk lines you want to associate with an IVR Plug-in.
Open up that trunk and find the "Calls are sent to:" drop down. If you select the drop down, a list of available extensions are displayed.
Select the one you created for the Assistant Call Router.

Do this for each of the trunks you want routed to the Assistant.
