Once the programs are installed you'll need to register the IVR Plug-In with TeleVantage.
Open the TeleVantage Administrator program and go to IVR Plug-Ins.
For the Call Router application, add a new plug-in with the name Call Router.
Set the extension to whatever you would like (411 is often a good choice)
Set the Program ID as LVTV_SDIS.Bridge
Check the "Start one instance when the server is started" box. The first time the system is called there is a noticeable delay associated with loading the IVR Plug-in.
You will also need to check the "Set custom data when this IVR Plug-In is called" box
Create a new variable called "SDIS_PROJECT_ID" with the data type of "String"
Choose this new variable and give it a value of "AS_CallRouter" (see below)

To add the custom variable for the IVR Plug-in, press the button next to the Variable name drop down. A Custom Variable dialog will appear from which you select add. In the following dialog enter the name as "SDIS_PROJECT_ID", change the Data type to String and enter a default value of "AS_CallRouter".

For the Contact List project, follow instructions above but set the SDIS_PROJECT_ID variable to AS_Contact.

For the E-Mail project, follow instructions above but set the SDIS_PROJECT_ID variable to AS_EMail.

For the Voice Mail project, follow instructions above but set the SDIS_PROJECT_ID variable to AS_VoiceMail.
