TeleVantage uses its IVR Plug-in interface to pass control of a call to an outside application. Once you have created the IVR Plug-in for the Speech Assistant Call Router Application (see TeleVantage Registration) TeleVantage can then be set to direct callers to the Assistant through a variety of methods. The simplest method is to use the extension assigned to the plug-in as the access point for the user. You can also set up a Trunk to route directly to the plug-in, or modify a new or existing Auto Attendant to route to the plug-in.
