The Speech Assistant Call Router and Voice Mail applications require access to the TeleVantage server to obtain its' Name Directory and to retrieve and manipulate a user's messages. You are required to enter the network name of the TeleVantage server and the TeleVantage user name and password with administrator privileges. This user needs to have sufficient rights to access the list of all users and the name of their Voice Title prompts and messages on disk. Having the "Admin" user be in charge of this is the easiest way to assure this happens.
NOTE: The TeleVantage server must be started in order for this information to be confirmed.

Note: Until the proper entries are made, the Alternate Names, Pronunciations, E-Mail Accounts, and E-Mail Reply tabs will not be available since they have no access to TeleVantage's Name Directory.
