E-Mail Command Summary

Message Disposition:

"First Message" - Proceeds to the first message in the list.

"Next Message" - Proceeds to the next message in the list.

"Previous Message" - Proceeds to the previous message in the list.

"Delete" - Deletes the current message after confirmation.

"Reply" - Caller must select between "Audio" and "Text" replies.

"Audio Reply" - Records an audio reply and returns it to the sender.

"Text Reply" - Caller selects from list of predefined text replies which is then returned to the sender.

"Scan" - Reads the subject and sender then proceeds to the next message.  Any command can be given during this process to interrupt it.

"Help" - Announces the list of commands for message disposition.

Message Navigation:

"Pause" - Pauses the playing of the message.

"Resume" - Resumes playing after pause.

"Skip Ahead" - Moves play forward.

"Go Back" - Moves play backward.

"Next [Paragraph]" - Moves play ahead to the next paragraph.

"Previous [Paragraph]" - Moves play back to the previous paragraph.

"Stop Listening" - Ends playing of the message and returns to Disposition commands.

Note: All "Message Disposition" commands are available during the reading of a message but must include the word "Message" to distinguish from the Navigation commands.

System Commands:

"Log-off" or "Log-out" - Ends the current session and returns to the Call Router.
