Due to the variations in the types of hardware used in a TeleVantage system, modifications are recorded in the registry to allow the Speech Assistant to properly interface with these devices and use only the appropriate resources. Selecting the "Dialogic Devices..." button starts the Dialogic Viewer utility.
The Dialog Viewer queries the installed hardware and displays the available information. If the exclusion of certain resources is necessary, the proper entries can be made automatically to the registry and the ".ini" configuration file. For purposes of Technical Support, the system's hardware configuration can be saved in a text file and sent to LumenVox for review.
